At Treehouse Toys, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
